MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
RESIDENTIAL MSA ($500):
5 Hours of priority support. Hours good until used. Next-day service. To be used for onsite, remote, or
in-store. Includes Anti-Virus and system monitoring. For clients with
up-to 5 computers.
SMALL BUSINESS MSA ($600):
5 Hours of priority support. Same day response time. Includes system monitoring and anti-virus for all workstations. For clients with 5 or less computers.
SMALL BUSINESS MSA ($1,200):
10 Hours of priority support. Same day response time. Includes system monitoring and anti-virus for all workstations and servers. For clients with servers, or with 6 or more computers.
