Connecticut-Style Neo-Neapolitan Pizza
In 2004, Casanova Pizzeria was founded with the goal of becoming the best darn pizza in Boise, ID. Through the highest standards in food quality and customer service, Casanova Pizzeria quickly became a local favorite among pizza connoisseurs. And now in 2022, we are looking forward to doing it all over again.
Our hand-crafted pies are inspired by the traditional pizzerias of Naples, Italy; New Haven, CT; and New York City, NY. The dough is stretched by hand and topped with quality ingredients. The intense heat from our 700 degree oven fuses the toppings and creates a crisp yet chewy crust that is burnished brown, and sometimes blackened.
Casanova Pizzeria is sure to become your favorite neighborhood pizza place
From signature pizzas to fresh made salads, we have something for everyone.
Our take on Neo-Neapolitan pizza starts with a thin, crispy, yet chewy crust topped with a wide selection of traditional and unique toppings that are sure to please young and old.
It’ll be hard to find a Connecticut-Style pizza as good as this anywhere else in the area. In addition to our pizza, we also offer hot and cold sandwiches and fresh salads, along with a wide selection of beverages including Italian Sodas, wines, beers and ciders.
