OUR STORY
Compiano Cookie Co. was founded in 2022 by a local baking enthusiast named Shadle. Starting at a bakery at age 15, he has worked in hospitality his entire career. Our business was named a Parisian Chef, (and Shadle’s first entrepreneurship mentor).
OUR INGREDIENTS
We partner with local farms to source grains and dairy products that go into each and every bakers’ half-dozen. Our cookies are human—from the farmers who harvest our ingredients, to a passionate baker and the customers who make baking worth while.
