Coyne’s Reserved focuses on sourcing the best beef available. We proudly serve U.S.D.A. Prime, sourced from a carefully selected list of producers in the Pacific Northwest. The beef is grass-fed, corn finished and aged for a minimum of 40 days. At Coyne’s, we hand-cut custom steaks to create memorable dishes and flavor profiles. Our hand-trimmed specialties exemplify Coyne’s commitment to a unique dining experience.
