I am the founder and baker of Say Cheeze Cakes! I have been baking cheesecakes ever since my first mixer in 2003. As a stay at-home mom of four children baking became my escape and nothing made me happier than to bake cheesecakes.
These desserts quickly became a family favorite and were requested at every family gathering and holiday party. It did not take long for word to get out about “Kate’s cheesecakes” and the rest is history.
