Rebecca Bloom
Piedaho’s owner and head baker, Rebecca Bloom, has always had a love of baking. Experimenting and spending time in the kitchen at a young age with her mother are some of her fondest childhood memories. Rebecca took this passion to cooking school at the Ecole Ritz Escoffier in Paris after college, and worked on and off at top kitchens in Los Angeles. At Piedaho Bakery, we embrace the belief that anyone can pull up a chair at our table, share a piece of pie, some conversation, and leave feeling nurtured and heard. Cooking and baking and love all whipped up together in a delicious bite!
Piedaho is a family-owned bakery bringing award-winning pies from the beautiful mountains of Idaho to your table. We use the best local fruit from farms like Kelley’s Canyon Orchard and Tubbs Berry Farm, and ingredients from companies like Bob’s Red Mill and Wheat Montana to ensure the highest quality, best tasting pie you’ve ever had. Each pie is hand made and uniquely decorated to make sure it looks as good as it tastes. We offer new handmade, fresh-baked pies each week based on seasonal availability, so come back often to see our latest flavors and thanks again for visiting Piedaho!

As we travel throughout the state with our kids, we meet with many local farmers to get the freshest produce at peak season. LOCAL INGREDIENTS
Each Piedaho Pie is handmade in Hailey, Idaho using the best local ingredients we can get our hands on! We work with local farms to bring you the sweetest berries, ripest peaches and tastiest fruit we can find.
HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1
We bake your unique pie in our Idaho kitchen. Using the tastiest ingredients, our pie artist make, bake and flash freeze pie.
STEP 2
We ship your frozen pie to you using UPS 2-day shipping. We have perfected our packaging to ensure your pie stays fresh, no matter where you live!
STEP 3
Reheat your pie when you are ready to enjoy or put it in the freezer for a later date!

• Every pie that Piedaho makes is unique. We don’t guarantee the exact pie design shown in the photo.
• Pie Ordering & Delivery: Piedaho Bakery pies ship pre-baked and flash-frozen in a vacuum-sealed pouch. Pies arrive via 2-day mail refrigerated with ice packs. To ensure freshness, we ship pies Monday thru Wednesday each week so orders arrive on Wednesday thru Friday. If you need a specific delivery date, just mention it in the order notes. Typical, orders received after 12 pm Mountain Time on Tuesday will ship the following week. At this point, we do not guarantee a specific ship date.
• Shipping: Our flat-rate shipping is $19.99 for one or two pies, $39.98 for three to four pies and an additional $19.99 for every two pies using UPS. Please provide a street address for delivery as we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
• Local Delivery: Sun Valley area residents receive FREE DELIVERY Monday-Friday 10am-2pm so please add your preferred delivery time in the notes of your order. We can deliver locally either fresh baked or frozen too!
• Pie Care: Pie may arrive partially thawed or thawed, at room temperature. Place pie in freezer upon receipt to enjoy at a later date. Pies will last up to a six weeks in your freezer. Or, allow pie to fully thaw on counter, reheat and enjoy for up to 3 days. To eat pie at later date, defrost on counter for about 5 hours then eat, or after defrosting, reheat loosely covered with foil in a 300 degree oven for about 20-30 minutes. We prefer our pie just warm, but as long as it’s covered, you can heat to your preference.
• These pies are made in a kitchen that uses all types of nuts. Some photos show pre-baked pies.
