In our menu you will find many of our  family favorites. We offer an old fashioned kitchen where most recipes are crafted from items that come directly from local gardens and change seasonally.

Sip and savor a glass of wine from Roghani Vineyards and enjoy a menu that emphasizes food & flavors from the Mediterranean regions of Italy, France and Greece with a few Persian dishes.

Don’t forget to leave room for our nightly dessert cart, complete with hand-churned ice creams and sorbets.

Our entire staff brings forth the fruits of their labors in the hopes you love your dinner!

Chateau des Fleurs is a full-service wedding venue located in charming Eagle, Idaho. Featuring two beautiful ballrooms to choose from and acres of elegant gardens behind the Boise River, we host both casual and black-tie events for up to 500 guests. Our experienced staff is here to listen to your needs and guide you through each detail, providing our own services or recommending the best of both local or national vendors to create your day, your way.

With premier in-house catering, elegant bridal suites for your big day, and competitive pricing that includes sophisticated Chiavari chairs, plush linens and more, our goal is to bring your day of love to life in a way your guests will never forget.

A private suite, exclusively available to brides and their bridesmaids on their special day. A place to rest and relax into the deep joy of unconditional love.

Enjoy preparing for your special day in our picture perfect bridal suite with bright natural lighting, floor length mirrors, complimentary body products from our sister-company Camille Beckman, and a beautiful clawfoot bathtub for great photo opportunities!

When a bride has a ceremony & reception at the Chateau, the bridal suite is included within their package. For an additional fee, brides may select from breakfasty or lunchy items, or wonderful drinks like mimosas to be served in their suite.

Non-Profit Events

We are located on at 176 S. Rosebud Lane, Eagle, Idaho. We’re about a 20-minute drive from Boise, depending on traffic. There is parking on-site for roughly 100 vehicles.

Corporate Events

Designed for larger celebrations and gatherings, the Gold Ballroom is a refined, ‘zen-like’ vision of hand-weathered white marble and hand-cast moulding with simple gold chandeliers and sweeping garden views. Perfect for weddings, fundraisers, work events or large family celebrations, the Gold Ballroom is a balanced reflection of elegance and peace.

Private Teas

The Black Diamond Room, named after the French Périgord Black Truffle, has the quality of versatility. It’s refined and warm tones can be inviting to the corporate dinner celebrating an accomplishment, a couple celebrating a special anniversary or rehearsal dinner.

Special Occasions

The White Diamond Room provides an intimate space adorned in playful and flirty designs that express laughter and love. This room is perfect for your next private tea party, anniversary, bridal shower or baby shower. The White Diamond is a delicate reflection of our Platinum Ballroom.
