Salute! The Pasculli Family
It is the continuation of a family wine-growing hobby that began in the 1960s by Lori’s beloved late grandfather. His small vineyard located in the fertile soils of California’s San Joaquin Valley was the place where fond memories were made and long held dreams took root. Many hours were spent riding the tractor on her papas’ lap disking the vineyard rows together and learning the hard work of farming.
After relocating to Idaho with her family in 2003, the dream continued with fresh inspiration from her children and husband Mark Pasculli’s French & Italian heritage. A neglected vineyard of cab franc was acquired in Idaho’s vast Snake River Valley AVA in 2016. With a mind toward caring for the land in a sustainable way, years were spent revitalizing & enriching the vineyard’s soil. Soon this would become a gold, award-winning wine and the anchor of the family burgeoning wine business.
This offering is a true family effort with Mark & Lori overseeing all winemaking decisions, farm operations & design decisions, daughter Savannah managing the tasting room, son Daniel soon taking over all farming, & youngest son Zach designing & putting out all media content.
This is the culmination of our version of a fabulous bottle of wine. We truly hope you enjoy it as much as we did creating it.

You can book a wide array of events in either our tasting room or at our estate vineyard. Weddings, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, birthday parties, business events and meetings, and more. We can accommodate your event with an intimate private setting that will provide for a relaxing and memorable experience.

Our Vineyard Estate is located on the rolling hills of Eagle, Idaho, and is currently only being used for private events and is not open to the public at this time. Please visit our Urban Tasting Room located in Garden City.
