About Us
We offer the finest authentic German cuisine, along with fine wines and delicious beers from various German regions. You will be able to enjoy all this at a nice rustic location with outdoor seating and weekly live music!
Open since 2014 in a quaint town of Eagle sitting at the Boise foothills, our restaurant quickly became a favorite with locals and out of state visitors.
Featuring authentic German dishes made daily from scratch in our kitchen, artisanal sausages, scrumptious desserts, imported beer and wine served in a casual dining room or a cozy outdoor Biergarten.

We are proud to let you know that all dishes on this menu are authentic German cuisine, no alterations and have been family and traditional recipes for many generations.
All of our produce and meats are hand selected from local markets and farmers so we try to keep them as organic as possible for a finer taste and hope you enjoy how we prepare them. Many of our dishes are also gluten free so please let us know if you have questions.
Our main focus is to give you a culinary experience of Germany and introduce you to a wonderful variety of dishes. Our menu “Specialties” will change almost weekly as we will be adding many new delights. So we are open for any kind of suggestions or wishes in the menu.

Dear Beer Lovers…We only have a certain capacity for kegged great German beers so we rotate them constantly to insure we have the best and widest variety available, or to just introduce you to some new ones! If today your favorite beer is not available please ask your server for an equal or better one (or check the tap)!

Reservierungen / Reservations
Dear Guests, Reservations at the Schnitzel Garten are always recommended, especially evenings and for larger groups!
Singles or couples are welcome to come in anytime without a reservation, but a short waiting at the bar may apply if busy.
