About Us
Our restaurant namesake is Italia Cipolla Erme. Born & raised in the outskirts of Naples, Italy. Italia & her husband Mario decided to join their two sons as they followed their dreams to the U.S. ~ Their ventures have taken them to Seattle, then to Florida, back to Washington State & now to the beautiful state of Idaho in which we all call home. When we purchased Wild West as a Family in October of 2017 we decided to keep it a Breakfast & Lunch Café. The Eagle community had grown to love this little place over the years & we wanted that to remain. We also wanted to add our own flair. Our Italian flair ~ so we added an Italian Night. It was such a success we had to add another night just to keep up. Today we are open 7 days a week as our Wild West Café & two nights a week our family comes together as Mamma Italia. With so many amazing family recipes handed down throughout the generations, we are excited to now share them with you. From our soups, salads & appetizers to our pizza, pasta sauces & desserts, everything is prepared fresh for you. Expect to find one of our family members at every turn during your Mamma Italia dining experience. From your host that greets you ~ to your server ~ to the behind the scenes chef & bakers. You can now dine in or curbside pick up all your favorite comfort foods until 4 p.m every Sunday!
