Viking Veterinary Hospital is a brand new 24hr emergency and critical care hospital scheduled to open this December (2022) that will also offer general practice and orthopedic surgery services to the Treasure Valley and beyond. Our founders have over 40 years combined experience in the veterinary profession and come from diverse backgrounds to give our clients the best options when it comes to the care of their pets. We pride ourselves on quality medicine and high-level patient care. We are privately owned and truly value our employees’ own well-being so that we can act with intention, empathy, and focus in serving the community. The world of medicine is always evolving, and we work to progress, learn, and grow with it.

The comprehensive range of veterinary treatments offered by Viking Veterinary Hospital includes shots, on-site laboratory testing, dentistry, common procedures, radiography, allergy testing and treatment, prescription diets, and parasite management. to provide the best veterinarian care possible for your pets.
PET ULTRASOUND
Ultrasonography creates a picture of what is inside your pet’s body by using high-frequency sound (ultrasound) waves.
PET ORTHOPEDICS
In order to treat a wide range of orthopedic problems, we closely collaborate with board-certified orthopedic surgeons.
PET BLOOD BANK
Viking Veterinary Hospital gives our patients the best care possible. by improving our service quality by having ready access to blood for patients who require transfusions.
PET GENERAL SURGERY

PET EMERGENCY
Pet emergencies can take many forms, but they are all frightening. Some unusual but potentially dangerous emergencies include pet seizures, lethargy, and severe vomiting.
PET URGENT CARE
Urgent Care is available whenever our hospital is open. If you believe your pet is in an emergency, please call us or come to the hospital immediately.
PET COLD LASER THERAPY
The laser allows for less pain, less bleeding, and faster healing time. Traditional scalpel surgery is also available for all procedures.
PET ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture is a technique in which very fine needles are inserted into the skin at strategic points along the meridians. It is most commonly used to relieve pain.
