A Passion For Pizza
Born and raised in Idaho, Alpine Pizza owner Griffin Daudt and his family grew up skiing, hiking, hunting, and foraging in the mountains of Idaho. With a passion for the outdoors and the bounty that it provides, Griffin and his family joined forces to open Alpine Pizza to share one-of-a-kind sourdough pizzas made with locally and sustainably sourced fresh ingredients such as morel mushrooms, elk and venison sausage, and other delicacies harvested and foraged from the Idaho countryside.
