About Us
3 Wood Pizza & Pub specializes in brick oven pizza and has 14 beers on tap (eventually to expand to 24). The dough is proofed for three days, and the sauce is hand-milled from fine ripened plum tomatoes.
3 Wood Pizza & Pub officially opened on December 21st, 2020, after over a year of construction and planning. It was created by brothers, Carlos and Richard Duncan, and they now run the restaurant together. Starting with a pizza oven built in Richard’s backyard, opening a pizza restaurant was a running joke in the family until a local opportunity presented itself. The brothers took it and built the restaurant they dreamed of. From making pizzas in a backyard to inside a restaurant, both Carlos and Richard are working to deliver the best pizza in Boise.
