ABOUT US
My name is Jessica and I am all about creating a peaceful place, from your mind and body to your home. I offer yoga instruction with groups or one on one lessons. In addition to my yoga instruction I offer mindfulness sessions to help people find relaxation and peace in their day to day lives. My focus is to help people find ways to slow down and find the peace in life.
I have yoga classes every Saturday at the Balance studio in Ontario with B.Moore Cycling; WM Knight Lavender, Flowers & Herbs in New Plymouth most recently a collaboration with R & R Event Center.
People can reach out to me to schedule additional sessions for yoga or mindfulness.

Jessica is all about creating a space for you to focus on yourself, today so many of us are burned out and running on fumes. She will help you connect with your mind and body again. She offers Mindfulness at the end of each of her classes to allow her students to recharge.
OUR CLASSES
Mindfulness Yoga
Mindfulness yoga is about connecting to your breathing and grounding yourself, in this class the flow is slow while taking each pose at your own level. If you are new to yoga, getting back into yoga, or experienced with yoga this class is a good fit for you. We encourage you to listen to your body and work at your own level without judgement.
