It’s the question on everyone’s mind. Well, the answer is simple. Logan and Zach. I mean, do they run it? Behind the scenes perhaps. It’s an interesting story. Logan and Zach were sitting around trying to solve world peace when Logan (the oldest by a bit) looked at Zach and said “I KNOW! CHICKEN!”. There you have it.. the start of Clucks Nashville Hot Chicken. It all began over an in-depth discussion of world peace and how they could contribute. To Logan and Zach, food is the solution to most things.

In reality, the more boring owners (Justin, Ken, Heidi, and Travis) have wanted to bring this to Boise for a long time. The intention was to come out with it in 2020, but we all know what happened then. So, things were put off just a bit longer and here we are! Clucks was developed to be more of a simple menu that gave people what they really want. What’s that you may ask? Well, it’s simple.. good food at a good price, without sacrificing quality. We have tried to bring a menu that’s diverse and allows for those who LOVE hot food to have a place to go, but those who are maybe a little more heat-sensitive to have options as well. There is something for everyone at our restaurant, and we are just thrilled to introduce you to our food, our people, and what we hope is a lasting and amazing adventure for everyone! Will Logan and Zach actually solve world peace with their chicken ideas? Probably not… but that doesn’t mean they won’t give it their best try!
