At Western Collective, we are creating rad places to hang, meet, or work, any time of day or night. What you come for is up to you, but a great time is to be expected. 

Western Proper is the proper place to party in Boise, Idaho – delivering an elevated experience through iconic design, impeccable service, overthought details, and an incredible ambiance. Anything less just wouldn’t be proper. 

Located at 610 W Idaho Street in downtown Boise, Western Proper is a 10,500 sq ft building that offers an all-day hangout to eat, drink, and play under one roof. Western Proper will serve gourmet food and delicious craft beverages surrounded by leather chesterfield sofas, four-lane mini bowling, parlor games, live music, and an outdoor patio.

All of the beer served is Western Collective’s locally brewed and highly regarded brews. In addition to beer & wine, Western Proper will feature a full bar of hand-crafted alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options which will use unique combinations of spirits to delight your palate. The full restaurant at Western Proper will serve elevated American fare favorites for lunch and dinner.

Western Proper is set apart by its game lounge, including four mini bowling lanes, skeeball, mini basketball, air hockey, and more. The space is also a 400-person venue that will bring live music to Western Proper. Western Proper offers the signature living room seating as found at Western Collective, along with restaurant seating, large communal tables with laptop plug-ins, and a south-facing outdoor patio along W. Idaho Street. Western Proper will keep you visually entertained with the interior ambiance as well as the lively scenery of downtown Boise. 

Western Proper is open seven days per week. The Garden City brewery and taproom, Western Collective, continues to operate at its normal hours and provide an incredible experience, as well as continuing to produce the company’s highly-regarded beer.
