The goal of the Owyhee County Fair is to be an all embracing grand adventure for the whole county and our community. The Owyhee County Fair Board along with the County Commissioners would like to take this opportunity to invite the citizens of Owyhee County and all other guests to attend and participate in the Owyhee County’s Neon lights & Country Nights!
Fair events begin in the rodeo arena Monday morning, August 8th with the Horse Show. All other 4-H, FFA, and Open Class events will begin Wednesday, August 10th and come to an end Saturday, August 13th.
We will kick off this year’s rodeo with a 7pm FREE admission slack performance, Wednesday, August 10th. Rodeo will continue Thursday-Saturday. Gates open at 7pm, pre-rodeo starts at 7:30, rodeo action begins at 8pm. Throughout the fair week we have a variety of musical entertainment, events, and contests for all ages.
Keep a look out for all of the exciting contests we have planned for this year. The Junior Livestock Buyer’s Lunch and Sale kick off @ noon, followed by the final night of the rodeo and live music!

Rodeo will continue Thursday-Saturday. Gates open at 6pm, pre-rodeo starts at 6:30, rodeo action begins at 8pm.
Youth – $10
General – $15
Seniors – $10
EVENT SCHEDULE
• Decorating stalls and exhibit hall may be done all day.
Please be courteous of those who are weighing in their animals.
Please do not decorate or unload animals between 4-8pm.
*NEW THIS YEAR*
ALL open class exhibit hall entries as well as 4-H Static and perishable entries will be taken from 3-8pm.
