 Our Care Center Services:

24 Hour Emergency

If you think your pet is sick or injured and you’re not sure what to do, call All Valley Animal Care Center in Meridian at (208) 888-0818 and speak to one of our experienced staff members. They will help assess the situation and determine whether your pet needs to be seen by a member of our emergency staff.

Our licensed veterinarians provide the vaccinations your dog or cat needs for protection against infectious diseases.

Heartworm Prevention

Heartworms are parasitic worms that infect your pet’s heart and pulmonary arteries and can be fatal if left untreated. We provide a quick diagnostic test and veterinarian-prescribed heartworm prevention.

Cold Laser Therapy

Cold laser therapy is a noninvasive procedure that uses light to stimulate cell regeneration and increase blood circulation. This type of therapy helps pets recover from trauma, or simply provides relief from everyday aches and pains.

Dental X-Ray

Our digital dental x-ray will reveal any problems that might require treatment in their early stages, enabling our veterinarians to administer the most effective, least invasive care possible.

In-House Pharmacy

To ensure that our patients can be treated quickly and efficiently after their diagnosis, All Valley Animal Care Center is equipped with a fully-stocked in-house pharmacy. This makes filling your pet prescriptions simple and fast!

Laparoscopic Surgery

This type of surgery allows our medical team to exam the abdominal cavity using a rigid scope. This allows non invasive examination of the abdomen and biopsy collection of organs or masses, if needed. Other laparoscocic assisted procedures are: preventative gastropexy, spays, castration of retained abdominal testicles (cryptorchidectomy), and urinary bladder stone or polyp removal (cystotomy).

Digital Radiology (X-Rays)

X-rays, are used to evaluate injuries and conditions which require more than external examination. Our state-of-the-art radiology equipment gives us a non-evasive way to observe your pet so that we can provide a more thorough and accurate diagnosis. Our medical team uses radiographs to detect bone fractures, bladder stones, tumors, soft tissue problems, and foreign objects.

Cremation Services

We own and operate our own crematorium to ensure we provide a dignified farewell to loyal companions and beloved family pets. We provide compassionate, professional, full-service cremation services and remembrance items to ensure that once cherished pets will be honored in a respectful and meaningful manner.   Through our services, we can assist you in helping you pay tribute and celebrate the lives of your beloved pets.

Wellness Exams

Animal medicine has made great strides in recent years and pets are now enjoying much longer and more trouble-free lives with the aid of qualified and conscientious health care professionals. We look forward to helping you enjoy the happiness that a healthy pet can provide.

Microchip Placement

Microchipping is a form of identification that guarantees your pet can be easily recognized should you and your pet become separated.

Orthopedic Surgery

All Valley Animal Care Center is equipped to treat common injuries like cranial cruciate ligament ruptures  and elbow dysplasia.

Vimago HD CT™ Scan

HD CT™, High Definition Computed Tomography, is a fast method of getting detailed, 3-dimensional imaging of your pet. Our practice uses HD CT™ studies to diagnose and rule out a vast array of conditions as well as to plan surgery and even perform intraoperative and interventional procedures.

Oral Surgery

State-of-the-art technology and materials makes treating even advanced and complex dental and oral conditions possible.

EKG Monitoring

An EKG is used to screen for heart abnormalities that may cause anesthesia complications or lifelong health issues.

Blood Transfusions

Blood transfusions have many uses and can be critical, lifesaving procedures. Pets that have lost blood in an accident, while undergoing chemotherapy, pets with advanced kidney or liver disease, cats with feline leukemia, and pets with bleeding or clotting disorders are some examples of other patients that may require a blood transfusion.

Cancer Treatment

For many people the word cancer conjures up images of pain, decline and death. Veterinarians have learned through the years that when the word cancer is used to describe a pet’s disease, often the pet owner immediately develops the impression that little can be done to save their beloved friend. Fortunately, this is frequently not the case, as veterinary medicine has progressed wonderfully during the past decades in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer in animals. Successful treatments are becoming more readily available with each passing year.

Pet Boarding

All Valley Animal Resort offers worry free boarding for your pet anytime day or night. We have 24-hour drop off and pick-up, and we are fully staffed around the clock, so your pet is never alone. We offer a large outdoor play area and climate controlled cat condos for your feline friends. Our 24-hour full service veterinary care is also available if your animal has special needs or requires medication.

Spays & Neuters

All Valley Animal Care Center and Pet Clinics offer affordable spay and neuter services for your feline and canine friends. Spays and neuters not only prevent reproduction but also provide protection against several forms of cancer and infection.

Parasite Prevention

We have a variety of veterinarian-prescribed pest control products to combat all types of external parasites such as fleas, ticks, biting flies and mites.

Hydrotherapy is a low impact, therapeutic exercise that utilizes the warmth, buoyancy and resistance of water to enable your pet to move and exercise their muscles and joint while their body weight is supported.

Ultrasonic Dental Cleaning

Our hospital and clinics are equipped to provide dental care information and services to insure your pet receives proper oral health care. We also carry an assortment of dental home care products.

Soft Tissue Surgery

Soft tissue surgery is simply any surgery not related to bones or joints. Examples of this type of surgery are spays and neuters to much more complicated intra-abdominal surgeries. Our veterinarians and veterinarian technicians will strive to make your pet’s procedure as safe and comfortable as possible before, during, and after the surgery.

Blood Pressure Monitoring

Blood Pressure Monitoring can be used to diagnose hypertension and is an  important component of a thorough wellness exam, providing useful baseline data and offering an important early warning sign of more serious medical conditions.

Endoscopic Surgery

Endoscopic surgery uses scopes going through a small incision  or natural body openings in order to diagnose and treat disease or injury. Using these tiny key-hole incisions, a endoscope is inserted in to the abdomen to facilitate exploration and surgery. This type of surgery is typically a less traumatic and less painful alternative to traditional procedures.

Full In-House Laboratory

Our hospital offers a combination of in-house laboratory services and as well as outside laboratories for advanced testing services. Our in-house laboratory offers rapid and accurate testing that provides insights into the health of your pet.

Pet Rescue & Adoptions

All Valley Animal Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) Idaho non-profit organization. Our goal at AVAR is to find “Furever Homes” for those pets who might otherwise be put down at other facilities for things such as treatable injury, illness, or abandoned pets. We will treat and or rehabilitate these pets, then place them for adoption.

Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome. For emergencies, our hospital is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Emergencies always receive top priority, so an occasional delay in your appointment is possible.
