What is Basque Cuisine Anyway?

Basque cuisine originates from Basque Country, a region between north central Spain and south western France. Our cuisine is the heart of our culture, influenced by neighboring communities and the bountiful produce from the sea and land. Epi’s A Basque Restaurant is proud to share an important aspect of our Basque heritage with time-honored recipes from Grandma Epi.

We’re Fresh Obsessed!

All Basques know how amazing food can taste when painstakingly prepared with fresh ingredients. If it’s not fresh, we don’t use it! Here at Epi’s we’re passionate about the flavors we create and work hard to deliver only sumptuous dishes that will keep you coming back for more.
