We appreciate that you have invited Moxie Java into your home. Moxie Java began providing quality coffees to communities throughout the Treasure Valley back in 1988. Founders Jerome Eberharter, John Roberts and Chris Binion built the company on great coffee and an atmosphere that the customers enjoy.

Meet The Stewart Family

After moving from the Cowboys State to the Boise Idaho area back in 2014, the Stewart Family fell hard for Moxie Java. They loved the low acidity and smooth flavors that came out in Moxie Java’s coffee byway of The Sivetz Fluidized -Bed Air Roaster. In 2018 when the Coffee Roasting Business hit the market, Ryan and Julie Stewart knew that the coffee gods were pushing them towards the highly caffeinated industry, and they haven’t slept since!

What We Do

The Stewart Family stays very active in their small community outside of Boise. Their three boys, Chad, Josh and Cole keep them in the bleachers year-round cheering loud and proud. Ryan enjoys his private pilot’s license and tries to encourage his family to help with chores revolving around his other hobbies: beekeeping, maintaining a small fruit/nut tree orchard, grape vineyard and raising chickens, turkeys, and Scottish Highland Cattle. There is never a dull moment around the Stewart household. Thank you for your support!

Our gourmet coffees taste great because we use only low-acid coffee beans gently air-roasted to produce a mellow, full-bodied cup of coffee without the harsh bitterness and “burnt” taste found in many others.
